Restaurant Review – Begum’s, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi

So here comes the HEAVEN for Non-Vegetarians. Begum’s claim that they serve one of the best Biryani & Kababs around. And yes they are saying it true.

I had a short conversation with Mr. Khalid and he told me that her mother’s name was “Mrs. Begum” and most of the dishes are her innovation. Her mother inspired her and Mr. Khalid opened this restaurant. This restaurant has gained enough popularity too.

I am Vegetarian so have not tasted any dish but I talked many customers who were sitting in the restaurant and they all said that they are enjoying all the dishes. The place is not so costly, so anyone can enjoy their Biryani and Kababs. Hope, you will love that too.

As per them they use only the best Chicken and Meat available. Another cool thing is they also make most of their spice mixture themselves in the most traditional way. Only drawback you can notice here that they don’t have anything for Vegetarian people and they have lack of space.

They have already won a lot of certificates for their quality and tasty food like “HALAL Certificate”; “Best Taste Award” and a certificate from “British Frozen Food Federation” as well.

They have many branches and open for Franchise option too. So if you want to be a part of it then you can contact them.

They have many branches but their first branch opened in “New Ashok Nagar, Delhi” in February 2014. Currently they have branches at Ballimaran in Old Delhi and Sikandra Bodla Road in Agra.  Their fourth store will soon open in Phagwara, Punjab.

“Begum’s Special Masala Biryani” and “Begum’s Special Chicken Korma” are a must try.
