Varanasi is my hometown and whenever I visit there, it becomes a big problem to find a good restaurant for dinner or lunch as the options are not enough and their services are very bad.

 

I visited Tandoor Villa with my family for dinner. It was quite appealing from outside that is why we decided to dine in. The menu was even better as I barely expect that kind of menu in Varanasi.

 

We ordered many items.  In starters, we tried Dahi ke Kebab, Murg Lahsooni Kebab. You guys will not believe but Dahi Ke Kebab of this place is giving a tough competition to Dahi ke Kebab of “Popular restaurants in Delhi/NCR”.

In Mocktails, we tried Virgin Mojito, Blue Sea, Pina Colada and Fruit Punch. Fruit Punch & Virgin Mojito are a must try here.

 

In Main Course, we ordered Murg Mutka.

 

They also have many varieties of breads too, like Teekha Mirch ka Paratha & Ajwani Paratha.

 

Last but not the least, we ordered Mung Halwa and Phirni as dessert.

Here are some of my recommendations for this place:

 

Dahi Ke Kebab: In Delhi/NCR , every second restaurant is serving Dahi Ke Kebab but if you are from a small city like Varanasi, they it becomes seriously very tough to expect toothsome  Kebab from any place.

 

As I earlier explained that Dahi Ke Kebab of this place is giving a tough competition to Dahi ke Kebab of “Popular restaurants in Delhi/NCR”. Dahi(yogurt) was melting in my mouth.

Murg Lahsooni Kebab: Another delicious starter we had here was Murg Lahsooni Kebab.  Chicken was well-fried. They use Garlic, chilli flacks and north Indian spices to increase its acerbity.

 

In my opinion, Murg Lahsooni Kebab can make an ideal combination with Beer or Whisky.

 

Murg Mutka: A special kind of dish. Their signature dish as well.  Chef process chicken pieces and mutton minced in chopped onion, tomato brown gravy finished with seekh kebab.

Above 3 dishes are the must try from this place.

 

Overall, they made my day. I am really very happy to see that a restaurant of Varanasi has this kind of hospitality and food.

 

Staffs were also Professional and Friendly.

 

I will definitely give it another shot soon.
